Extension of Registration Date

The Sai National Conference 2017 committee has decided to extend the registration date until Wednesday 5th April 2017 and maintain the early bird registration fee until 5th April.

The registration will close on 5th April 2017.

Devotees who haven’t still registered are encouraged to register as soon as possible for logistical reasons to assist the organising committee.

No Day Registration

There will be no day registrations and all devotees will need to register for the full conference. However in extenuating circumstance where there are genuine reasons that some devotees may be permitted to register for certain days of the conference.

No Walk-In Registration

Please note that for logistical reasons, there will be no walk-in registrations for the conference.

Revised Registration Prices

The Conference Committee have revised the following prices to assist devotees who are attending the conference

  1. Non-working Young Adults: $150.00
  2. Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children): $465.00 (second child is half price)
    Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children): $500.00 (third child is free)

Accommodation Update

Devotees who require accommodation to be organised at the Tudor apartments or motels are requested to register as soon as possible. There are limited rooms available and these will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Motel

Studio rooms are all full. Family rooms are available at cost 4 x $45 = $180 per night suitable for family of 4.

Shared Accommodation

Motel rooms at the Tudor, Box Hill and family rooms are too small to have 4 individual beds. Anyone seeking ‘shared’ accommodation, other than appropriately-sized families, and who has already specified the cheaper ‘Motel’ will be reallocated to the ‘Apartments’ and will be charged the extra cost of $5 per night.
Anyone who requires shared accommodation please specify ‘Apartment’ in the Accommodation Form. This will cost $50 per night (from 14th – 17th April only).

Interstate Arrivals & Departures

Interstate Arrivals & Departures

Devotees from interstate are requested to arrive at the conference venue by 3:00 pm on 14 April 2017 and to depart after 1:30pm on 17 April 2017.Any devotees flying to the conference are requested to book their flights to and from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. Please allow approximately one hour for travel to and from the airport

Transport

Transport will be provided from the airport to the conference venue, motel or apartment mentioned in the registration form, viz the Tudor on Friday 14 April 2017 and from the conference venue to the airport on Monday, 17 April 2017.
Devotees staying at Tudor hotels or apartments organised by the conference committee will be within walking distance of the conference venue. If you are organising your own accommodation, please ensure to organise your transport to and from the venue each day.Transport may be organised to and from the conference venue for devotees staying at Tudor Motel/Apartment if required.
Those who have requested transport in their registration form will be contacted during the first week of April 2017 with all details of pick up.
